3rd week

i finally managed to kick some soccer ball over here in the states. with the english premier league season just starting the passion of football/soccer is growing and im gonna miss most of the matches.. manchester united! they will win some sort of silverware this season. but anywawys.. i met some football guys.. ie guys who play football. there's this spanish dude... and we're gonna go over to the university of alabama to kick some balls.. looking forward to that. Wouldn't it be cool if i made it to the MLS? but seriously.. MLS is dead boring!! its no wonder they dun watch soccer here.. anyways.. football is good. always good. oh and also smoked baby back ribs.. the meat falls off the bone when u pick it up.. its total madness. will take some pics when i get a camera.

shrimps and grits!

shrimps and grits! now thats what im talkin about... my first real southern experience besides all the "purty" girls from the south.. shrimp and grits we're awesome! basically its like polenta.. for those who got no idea what ima saying.. jamie oliver cooks it all the time.. but instead of the smooth stuff.. it has a croarser grind.. and u cook it like a polenta.. and u put shrimp in there and the gravy and man! it will blow ur mind out! tho... i miss nasi lemak.... but im a eat healthy.... salads with no dressing and loads of water.. ill try! oh and i got a GMC truck... for 500 bucks! Praise God.. anyways.. errthing is errthing.. (everything is everything) i met this dude and he looks just like dave chapelle.. he's from atlanta west georgia.. and ive been cooking with him.. and sometimes its hard to understand him cos his slang is so loose.. so i kinda picked it up and hence errthing in between.. and in between? its the journey im on.. ima make the best of it.. cos its the journey that matters and sometimes not the destination.. take every opportunity.. live as if its ur last.. history makers, change the world.
